Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 10am

We are glad that we can come together as a congregation for our 135th Homecoming with a tailgate celebration in the Parking Lot at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Due to COVID-19 precautions, space will be limited, so we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines and disclaimer.

IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE LATEST

CDC GUIDELINES FOR CHURCHES:

  • Entrance to the Parking Lot service will begin at 9:30am, 30 minutes prior to the start of service. DO NOT park in the paved parking lot if you arrive before 9:30am. You will be asked to leave and line up on the street if you arrive before 9:30am.

  • Liability Release Forms will be collected, and you will be directed to a parking space by a parking lot attendant if you choose to remain in your vehicle.

  • You may bring your own chairs for seating. If you choose to sit in chairs, you must park on the grassy lot to the left of the church.

  • You are required to wear a mask correctly (nose and mouth covered) and keep it on.

  • The building will be closed except for use of the restrooms in the Fellowship Hall. Please practice social distancing if you need to use the restroom. A monitor will direct you to the door.

  • You may listen to the service on 97.7FM or watch on Antioch’s FB Live while parked.

  • A signed Acknowledgement of Guidelines and a COVID-19 Liability Release Form will be required in order to attend the service (see below). COVID-19 LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering onto any property of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church or participating in any of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church’s activities/programs, I (on behalf of myself and my family members) acknowledge and agree with the following:

The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, is a worldwide pandemic and has proven to be extremely contagious. The virus is believed to spread through the air from person-to-person contact and/or by contact with contaminated surfaces and objects. It has been shown that people can be asymptomatic (infected and show no symptoms) and therefore spread the virus. Evidence has shown that COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness; and more than 600,000 people have died in the United States. Effective vaccines are now available, and we pray you have been vaccinated. The best defense is to get vaccinated. Wear a mask and social distance for added protection, especially if you have NOT been vaccinated!

Antioch Missionary Baptist Church cannot prevent me or my family members from becoming exposed to, contracting, or spreading COVID-19 while on Antioch Missionary Baptist Church’s property or when participating in Antioch Missionary Baptist Church’s programs. Therefore, by entering an Antioch Missionary Baptist Church facility or participating in one of its programs,

  • I acknowledge that I may be exposing myself and my family members to and/or increasing my/our risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19. I expressly assume that risk, on behalf of myself and my family.

  • On behalf of myself and my family members, I hereby forever release and waive my right to bring suit against Antioch Missionary Baptist Church or any of its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or other representatives related to any of the foregoing.

To submit your Liability Release Form, please to fill out the information below.
